NimbleSEO is the controller for personal data processed through this platform. For any privacy request, contact privacy@nimbleseo.ai.
What we process and why
We process: account and profile data (to provide the Service under our contract with you); content and configuration you submit, including integrations you connect at your direction (to operate the features you use); usage and diagnostic data (to operate, secure, and improve the product, subject to your cookie choices); and billing identifiers handled by our payment processor (to take payment). Lawful bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent for non-essential cookies and analytics.
Sub-processors and international transfers
We rely on the sub-processors listed on our Trust centre for hosting, data storage, payments, email, and AI model providers. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymise it under our retention schedules. Legal-acceptance and billing records are kept as long as required for legal and accounting obligations.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, encrypted credential storage, workspace isolation, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected users and authorities of personal-data breaches as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, export, correction, or erasure of your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Use the in-product privacy tools or contact privacy@nimbleseo.ai. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. For material changes we will give notice in the product or by email. The version and effective date are always displayed with the document.
